Constantin Luser undermines the registers of media art through his radical simplification of artistic means. In countless drawings over recent years he has created a counter-world in which real connections form the central experience, but are often robbed of their original meaning and function. Technical utopia exist parallel to organic and IT-based considerations. The medium of drawing has the latent ability to exaggerate, to generate chains of association which cannot as a consequence occur in a real sense.
